A brief history
Poshika was established in 2016 as the advisory services and investment vehicle of its Founders, Shachindra Nath and Dr. Shruti Nath. In 2018, it
led the acquisition and transformation of Chokhani Securities into UGRO Capital, raising
~INR 950 crore within four months. Today, UGRO operates 224+ branches across 14
states, serving MSMEs through a DataTech-led lending platform.
